Do I need to be home?
Not for the quarterly visits. They're outside, so just leave the gate unlocked. For the first visit, or anything inside, we'll set a two-hour window that works for you.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Everything is applied to the label by licensed applicators. It dries in about 30 minutes, and your tech will tell you when the kids and pets can go back out.
What if I see bugs between visits?
Text us a photo. If you're on a plan, we come back within 48 hours and re-treat for free.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
